About me

I am a graduate in sociology, pedagogics and social work, with several years of experience, and I possess a good knowledge of human nature and high level of expertise in these fields.

I am very good at responding empathetically to the individual problems of my clients, and at tackling issues with maximum professionalism, an analytical approach and sensitive instincts. I dedicate great attention and empathy to my clients. My calm, open and non-judgemental manner quickly creates an atmosphere of trust, thereby facilitating communication with the client concerned.

A major part of my degree studies revolved around resource-orientated social work and crisis intervention. This has left me with an ability to proceed prudently and calmly in crisis situations, allowing me to intervene accordingly.

I also have advanced organisational skills, while adopting the flexible approach required.
